By accessing and using the INTERIORA website ("Website") and engaging our interior design services ("Services"), you ("Client" or "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and INTERIORA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Services Description

INTERIORA provides professional interior design services, including but not limited to:

  • Initial design consultations and space assessments
  • Concept development and design planning
  • Space planning and layout optimization
  • Material, furniture, and fixture selection
  • Color scheme and lighting design
  • Project management and vendor coordination
  • Installation oversight and styling
  • Online design tools and estimate calculators

Specific services will be detailed in individual project agreements or service contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your project requirements
  • Grant reasonable access to the property for consultations, measurements, and installations
  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and permissions for design implementations
  • Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
  • Communicate changes or concerns promptly
  • Respect our intellectual property rights in all design work
  • Use our Website and Services only for lawful purposes
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our designs without written permission

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

4.1 Consultation Fees

Initial consultation fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless we cancel the appointment.

4.2 Project Payments

  • A deposit (typically 25-50% of total project cost) is required before work begins
  • Progress payments will be scheduled according to project milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
  • All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

4.4 Additional Costs

Clients are responsible for all third-party costs including but not limited to permits, contractors, materials, furniture, and shipping fees unless specifically included in our service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, drawings, specifications, and creative work produced by INTERIORA remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a limited license to use designs solely for the specified project.

5.2 Website Content

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless specifically restricted in writing.

6. Project Changes and Cancellations

6.1 Change Orders

Changes to approved designs or project scope must be requested in writing and may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will provide written estimates for change orders before implementation.

6.2 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and commitments made. Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable.

6.3 Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to terminate projects for non-payment, breach of contract, or if continuation becomes impractical or unsafe.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Design Services

We warrant that our design services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or that designs will meet all client expectations.

7.2 Third-Party Products

We do not manufacture furniture, materials, or other products. Warranties on third-party products are provided by their respective manufacturers. We are not responsible for product defects or failures.

7.3 Website Disclaimer

Our Website and online tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTERIORA's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier delays.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless INTERIORA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Client's breach of these Terms
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property
  • Client's failure to obtain necessary permits or approvals
  • Third-party claims related to the client's property or project

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law
